As an addition to existing leadership trainings offered by our partner institutions, ML4Q is launching a Leadership in Academia training initiative with a specific focus on academic leadership in physics within an international research environment. The pilot workshop, planned for the second half of 2026, is aimed at researchers who are already in leadership roles. In the longer term, the training will also be opened to researchers preparing for future leadership responsibilities, supporting the development of competencies that can be adapted to the specific demands of leading research groups and collaborations in physics.
