EDI @ ML4Q

The aim of ML4Q is to develop new computing and networking architectures using the principles of quantum mechanics. Achieving this ambitious goal would not be possible without the contributions of all members and associated members of the cluster. They are the driving force behind making ML4Q a place of outstanding research. Their diverse backgrounds and life experiences spark discussions, foster new perspectives, and are essential to the cluster’s mission of excellence in research. To accomplish this, it is crucial to cultivate an appreciative, respectful, safe, and supportive environment where each individual recognizes their value to the broader mission. ML4Q is committed to this responsibility and, through a dedicated EDI (Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) approach, strives to create, maintain, and evolve this environment.
