Congratulations to Alexander Altland for winning the Albertus Magnus Teaching Award for the Department of Physics at the Universtity of Cologne in the winter semester 20/21.

The award is given each semester by the students of the individual departments to lecturers for their special commitment to teaching showing not only high professional quality but also enthusiasm for the subject and an engaging way of communicating with the students which was especially challenging having online lectures and lots of distant learning.
