Title: Quantum Control for NV Center Quantum Sensing And dynamical Decoupling of surrounding Spin baths
Abstract: Spin bath environments place severe limitations on the coherent control of qudits use in quantum technologies via dephasing. Dynamical decoupling schemes allow us to prolong the coherence times but this reduces the sensitivity to external fields, which is desired in quantum sensing applications. Using a cluster expansion method we simulate NV centers in a spin bath and explore to which degree we can retain the sensitivity to external fields while decoupling the spin baths from the NV centers.
